Client received our emails , even opened emails as we had confirmation of opening emails then said she never received email. ithink what happened was she got cheaper price. i will be reporting her for defamation of character , i am taking legal advice

This is a scam. They take your money via wire transfer and then string you along, and don’t actually ship anything. I’m calling the police and reporting the fraud to the bank, as well. Stay FAR away. Price seemed too good to be true, now I know why.
