Dear customer,

By giving us your shipment you accept our terms and condition:

- Our fees and charges for transport services will be as quoted to you and calculated upon the shortest route possible.

- You need to declare the correct dimensions and weight of the shipment ( if the goods have other dimensions and weights extra charges will be applied to cover the cost) and provide any special equipment we may need to load or unload the shipment on or off our vehicles

- The goods might be packed and stored in our storages

- We have the right to refuse any shipment which is improperly packed, illegal or unlawfully obtained.

- May we also remind you that it is your responsibility to ensure that your shipment is securely wrapped and protected for transit. If the above procedure is not followed the company shall not under any circumstances be held liable for any compensation.
- the goods have to be ready for transport at the moment when our van arrives at collection point, our standard waiting time at collection/delivery point is 30 min free of charge ( additional waiting time will be charged with 20 Euro for every 30 extra min)

- We will assume the shipment was delivered in good condition unless the receiver has noted any damage on delivery. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage in any way as a result of our performance once the proof of delivery has been signed.

- Delivery dates are given in good faith to indicate estimated delivery times however due to traffic, accidents, road closures, ferry delays this might change.

- All European collections and delivery are subject to a transport deposit to be paid before collection is made.

- If we are unable to deliver a shipment because of an incorrect address (or address been change after job has been accepted) we will make all reasonable efforts to find the correct address. We will notify you of the correction and deliver or attempt to deliver to correct address, however additional charges may apply.

- You agree that we or any governmental authority including customs and security may open and inspect your shipment at any time. You also agree to pay us any cost we incur with customs clearance,in forwarding, disposing of or returning the shipment.

- Please be advised that our driver will help load and unload the goods but won`t be able do it by themselves. If you require extra help please let us know in advance extra charge apply.

- If you wish to pay by bank transfer please make sure the transfer is cleared into our account at the moment our van arrives at loading/unloading address . Our drivers are advised not to unload the goods until the full payment is made. Cash payments at driver are also possible.
