No se llegó a concretar el envío, el presupuesto no estaba claro, había cláusulas aduaneras de un alto precio que no te decían si debías pagar o no. Leyendo las demás reseñas, no me atreví a arriesgar

Primero, la Comunicacion con él fue muy mala no recibí dia de recogida hasta 4 días antes y en la hora de la recogida acordada llegaron 7h tardes. Segundo, la mercancía fue mal tratada y hay cosas que llegaron rotas a destino.

Although there was a little unavoidable delay, Jack was very reliable and the communication was good. Collection and delivery to the UK was very quick. Would definitely use Jack again.

Totally fraud! First they pick your material and on border or before delivery start raising prices don't be jacked by them use any company who have there words,pay more but once and save your self from tension and .....

Having problems with Mr Emery, the bike has not yet been delivered, I have not been kept informed about the situation.There was a delay in my sending them some documents and they have asked me to re-send them. The delay was due to my Illness, N.Carmichael

La verdad que en plena pandemia, tener que trasladarnos de UK a Barcelona era una gran preocupación para nosotros, sobre todo por nuestros perritos Whisky y Elvis. Pero todo se iluminó cuando contactamos con Jack. 100% recomendable se queda muy corto. :)

A complete disaster from start to finish... I don't have words to describe the horrible experience my family and I had to endure... A piece of advice for the owners Jack and Roger: 'Please, stay away from transporting live animals'

Very nice gentlemen. They were helpful and willing to adapt to our situation (we had to delay the moving a few months for personal reasons). Only problem was at customs, we had to pay export taxes and this came as a surprise...

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. 5 DAYS FROM SPAIN TO UK They delayed the pick up day without letting us know. They told us the cats were going to travel in separate cages but they were LOOSE IN THE CABIN WITH THE DRIVER. They HAD NO WATER AVAILABLE IN THE CABIN.
