We informed you 24h in advance by email that the collection will take place on the day we agree 18.08.2023 between time frame 8:00-10:30am which you call the office and cancelled10:00am because the driver informed you that he will be late because of traffic delays ( BTW you owned us the fee payment for the platform you used). We check your Trust Pilot profile seems you are a HATER most of your reviews are negative Feedbacks. you should understand that nothing is perfect in this world problems can happen ( traffic, accidents.. etc) which can't be controlled. Also we do have GPS shows the position of our vans specify exactly where they are which we'll provide the evidence when will be necessary. Thanks]

fortunately we've done the job correctly as per instruction job sheet ( transportation only) the problem is you haven't read our Terms and Conditions which was sent after booking together with the invoice. The service was transportation (share load) only no other services or instruction to be followed as per Job Sheet. Collection was done on time, about the delivery was one day delayed because of our previous job. Regarding damages there wasn't any from our side specially the flower pot which we replaced with a new one btw many of them wasn't on the listing you posted also the damages on the furniture was already before the team to pickup as informed your boyfriend which said that was done when the furniture was dismantled ( we have photos). This is such a disgusting claim/feedback as you don't pay attention on the instruction from the company Terms and Condition. ]
