damaged vehicle, they placed dirty motorcycle parts inside my car. payment with Cash does not issue an invoice. They cheat clicktrans, deceive the customer and compete unfairly with other companies. not recommended . company owner laughs at my situation.

The car was delivered, so not negative, But several issues happened. Different dates in different places, payment issues (was told I could use card, but then wanted money on delivery). Was told I was informed of things when I was not contacted. Beware.

The transport was perfectly organized. The driver came at the indicated hour and anounced his arrival one hour before. During the whole transport it was possible to track the actual location of the truck. I would be happy to order the service again.

I made a great mistake when organizing the transport of my car with this company. Took a month to get a pickup date, and then driver did not show up. Had to call them and then they said he would come the following week. Awful experience, not recommended.

Der vom Transportanbieter vorgegebene Zeitrahmen wurde nicht eingehalten. Mehr als 14 Tage auf den Transport gewartet. Musste dann einen anderen Transporteuer suchen. Sehr unzuverlässlich.

Wegen einem Fahrerausfall verzögerte sich die Auslieferung. Es hat alles sonst gut geklappt.
